Item Title
C-26 Additive Change Order #10 for OakLeaf High School

Issue/Rationale

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are required for 1 code compliance item and 19 owner requested items.



Recommended Action
Approve the Change Order.

Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $251,396.00.  The Substantial Completion date is June 1, 2010.  Final Completion date is June 29, 2010.  Architect fees will increase by $12,569.80 as a result of this change order.
