C-7 Agreement Between School Board of Clay County and DES of Florida, LLC (Pulled by Mrs. McKinnon)
Issue/Rationale
The nature of our aging HR/Finance/Payroll system results in a need for extensive maintenance in order for payroll to be accurately processed in a timely manner. It is recommended the School Board approve this request in order to ensure that our payroll system will have the specialized support to continue our employee checks and other critical district processes without disruption.
Recommended Action
Approve the Agreement with DES of Florida, LLC.
Financial Impact
Total cost, excluding expenses, shall not exceed $50,000.00.
