C-10 Human Resources Development Management Plan - Revision
Issue/Rationale
The Leadership Development section of the Clay County Human Resources Management Development (HRMD) plan has been revised as required by the Florida Department of Education to comply with revisions in Florida statutes and state leadership development guidelines. If approved by the School Board, Clay County can continue providing an add-on state-approved School Principal certification to its administrators. The Florida Department of Education recently reviewed the Clay County Leadership Development Plan and granted full state approval. The School Board of Clay County needs to approve this section of the HRMD plan at a school board meeting.

Approve as submitted.
