Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval as required by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The plans have received staff review and are complete to the Final (Phase III) stage. The Final Plans are on file within the Facility Planning and Construction Department. Architect: Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A.

Recommended Action

Approve the plans.

Financial Impact

None. Funding to complete the design was budgeted last year. Construction is not currently within the Five Year Educational Facilities Plan.
