Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval as required by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The plans have received staff review and are complete to the Schematic (Phase I) stage and are on file within the Facility Planning and Construction Department. Architect: Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A.

Recommended Action
Approve the plans.

Financial Impact
Architect fees are estimated at $1,265,000.00. This project will be funded with Capital Outlay funds.
