Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for new electrical service cable, install ceilings in 3 mechanical rooms, and reswitching of 5 light switches and 3 exhaust fan switches (see attached).

Approve the Change Order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $15,460.00.  The Substantial Completion date is January 20, 2012.  Final Completion date is February 21, 2012.  Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order.
