February 16, 2012 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #10 Item Title C-9 Agreement between Windsor Manor and Keystone Heights High School Issue/Rationale This agreement is to allow the students in the Health Occupations program in Keystone Heights High School to do clinicals at the Windsor Manor in Stark, Florida.  The clinicals will provide classroom theory and practical instruction to students, prepare student/patient assignments and rotation plans for each student, continue oral and written communication with Manor regarding student performance and evaluation, and supervise students and their performance at Manor.
