This project is listed in the 2010-2011 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval. 

The bid opening was held Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had three (3) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.

Award the construction contract to Parks Electric Service, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, the base bid in the amount of $78,350.00.            

The low bidder meeting specifications, Parks Electric Service, Inc., had a total bid award of $78,350.00.  The funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
