Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements of Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. These dates are determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents. Final Completion was achieved on February 1, 2010.

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (Estrella Engineering Incorporated), is finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a final completion date must be formally established. Contractor: T & M Electric, Inc.
