Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval as required by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The plans have received staff review and are complete to the Final (Phase III) stage. The Final Plans are on file within the Facility Planning and Construction Department. Engineer: KPI Engineering, Inc.

Recommended Action

Approve the plans.

Financial Impact

The Engineer’s cost estimate is $96,140.00. The funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
