Legal contracts and agreements with colleges and universities must be approved by the School Board.  The Memorandum of Understanding allows Clay County to host a teacher candidate(s) for a period of observation and/or practice as the candidate pursues a teaching degree.  Approval would allow us to begin a cooperative relationship with the University of Southern California which benefits both the school district and the University.
