This project is listed in the 2014/2015 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval.

The bid opening was held Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.  The project had seven (7) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements. 

Award the construction contract to Thomas May Construction Company, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, the base bid in the amount of $208,495.00 and Alternates 1, 2 and 3 for a total bid award of $371,455.00.

These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
