Item Title
C-16 Bradford County contract

Issue/Rationale
A few low incidence students such as the deaf/hard of hearing or visually impaired students have needs which are very complex. State rules permit Bradford County to contract with Clay County to provide for these low incidence youngsters.

It benefits the students with disabilities to have access to these comprehensive programs that are not available in Bradford County.

Recommended Action
Approve the Multi-District Agreement with Bradford County.

Financial Impact
FTE will cover district costs.
