C-14 Overnight/Out of State Travel

Issue/Rationale

Graphics of America 2014, February 27-March 1, 2014, Miami Beach, for the teacher and 4 students from the Logistics Academy at Clay High School to attend. This conference will target new opportunities and new technologies.

FFA State Leadership Summitt, February 21-23, 2014, Haines City, Florida. The students will serve as sub-district officers and participate in state-level meetings regarding the direction of FFA.

FFA State Floriculture and Nursery Landscape CDE, March 8-9, 2014, St. Petersburg, Florida. Students will compete in the State Level career developments events. They have practiced for months preparing for this competition.

Recommended Action
Approve overnight travel

None. To be paid with Industry Certification funds.
