Issue/Rationale

Bid opening was held February 7, 2008, at 9:00 A.M. The project had seven (7) bidders and was advertised twice.



Recommended Action

Award the contract to the low bidder meeting specifications, Barber & Associates, Inc., for a base bid of $188,000.00.



Financial Impact

$200,000.00. Funding for this project has been budgeted for fiscal year 2007-08 of the Capital Projects Plan.
