This project is listed in the 2012-2013 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval. 

The bid opening was held January 31, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had four (4) bidders and three bidders met the bid requirements.

Award the construction contract to J. Register Company, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, the base bid in the amount of $90,000.00.   

The funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
