February 21, 2013 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #3 Item Title Agreement for Student Use of Device Issue/Rationale Clay Hill Elementary School is participating in a pilot program to loan electronic devices (laptop computers, iPads, etc.) to students for use at school and at home.  It is necessary to have an agreement which will be executed by the student's parents governing the use, safe return, abuse and liability for use and damage of the devices.  This Agreement will become a district-wide form for use at other schools.
