Issue/Rationale
Approval of SPRINT Memorandum of Understanding for the 2006-2007 school year between the University of North Florida and the Clay County School Board.

Recommended Action
Approval of Memorandum.

Financial Impact
Cost to Clay County is one -half of each of two teachers' salaries and benefits. We anticipate the same approximate cost for next school year as for 2005-2006 school year.
