Amendments to the 2005-2006 Salary Schedule
Issue/Rationale
Florida Statute 1012.27 requires the School Board to adopt a salary schedule to be used as a basis for paying all school system employees, and to approve any changes and revisions made to the schedule throughout the school year.
Recommended Action
Approve the salary schedule amendments.
Financial Impact
See allocation document for financial impact on allocation changes due to position/title changes.
Changes made to non-bargaining unit positions are the result of a state increase in the minimum wage law. All wages for minimum wage and positions tied to the minimum wage, have all been increased $ .25 per hour.
Travel allowance has been increased due to the mileage rate increase. Increases range from $7 per month to $130 per month.
