C-25 Schematic/Preliminary/Final (Phase I, II & III) Plans and Specifications for Green Cove Springs Transportation Buildings 1, 2, & 3 Re-Roof

Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval. School Board approval is required in order to move to the next phase and/or submit to the Code Enforcement Department for plan review and approval. The plans have received staff review and are complete to Schematic/Preliminary/Final (Phase I, II & III) stage.

Recommended Action
Approve the Plans and Specifications.

Financial Impact
None. This project is funded in the Five-Year Educational Facilities Plan, however, it is being put on hold pending a reassessment of available funds.
