C-30 Schematic/Preliminary/Final (Phase I, II & III) Plans and Specifications for Orange Park High School Building 12 Air Handler, Light Fixtures, and Ceiling Replacement

Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval as required by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The plans have received staff review and are complete to the Final (Phase III) stage. The Final Plans are on file within the Facility Planning and Construction Department. Engineer: Kenyon & Partners, Inc.

Recommended Action

Approve the plans.

Financial Impact

None. This project is funded in the Five-Year Educational Facilities Plan; however, it is being put on hold pending a reassessment of available funds.
