Establish Substantial and  Final Completion dates formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  The Substantial and Final Completion dates are December 4, 2008 and December 19, 2008, respectively.

This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (McCullar & Boatright Architects, P.A.), is finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a final completion date must be formally established.  Contractor: Elkins Constructors, Inc.
