Issue Rationale for renewals as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a. Paint Bid #08-MA-285.  Contract Period is March 20, 2009 through March 18, 2010.  This is the second renewal. 

b. Firm Fixed Price for Warehouse Supply Item 87 on Bid#09-BA-98 was awarded May 15, 2008 to Capital Office Product.  The vendor bid wrong item and can’t honor price given for correct item.  The second lowest bidder, Standard Stationery Supply Co. was contacted and they will honor their firm fixed price.

Extend renewals as follows:

b. Firm Fixed Price for Warehouse Supply Item 87 on Bid#09-BA-98 - To:

·         Standard Stationery Supply Co. and Remove Capital Office Product
