Issue/Rationale

Lisa Danley, referred herein as "Respondent", appealed the Board's initial approval of the Superintendent's recommendation that she be terminated for cause. The Hearing Officer, Carol Studdard, after full hearing, has signed a Recommended order affirming Respondent's termination and denying her appeal.

It is up to the full Board to either, (1) grant Respondent's appeal, thereby rejecting the Superintendent's and Hearing Officer Studdard's recommendation, or (2) adopt Hearing Officer Studdard's Recommended Order, thereby rejecting Respondent's appeal.

Recommended Action
Adopt the Hearing Officer's Recommended Order as a Final Order and reject Respondent's appeal.
