C-2 Agreement between Clay County School Board and Clay County Sheriff's Office for Purchase of Gasoline at Middleburg Facility

Issue/Rationale
This agreement is to provide Clay County Sheriff's Office a source of low priced gasoline to assist in saving tax payer dollars.

Recommended Action
Approve agreement as submitted.

Financial Impact
Clay County School Board will receive an administrative fee of 3.54% per gallon from the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
