C-2 Gasoline Purchase Agreement for 2011

Issue/Rationale
To provide the Clay County Sheriff's Office a source of low priced gasoline to assist in saving tax payer dollars. Gasoline to be provided at the Clay County School Board Transportation/Maintenance Facility on County Road 220 in Middleburg, Florida.

Recommended Action
Approve the Gasoline Purchase Agreement as submitted.

Financial Impact
Clay County School Board will receive an administrative fee of 3.54% per gallon from the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
