Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order corrects items not in the contract.  Contractor:  M. M. Parrish Construction Company; Architect:  Paul Stresing & Associates, Inc.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $7,980.03.  The substantial completion date is January 13, 2011.  Architect fees will not increase as a result of this Change Order.
