Bryan Jennings Elementary School Issue/Rationale Final (Phase III) Plans and Specifications are required to have School Board approval prior to the submission to the Code Enforcement Department for plan review. The Plans have received staff review, are complete to the Final (Phase III) stage and ready to submit to the Code Enforcement Department for compliance review. Recommended Action Approve the Final (Phase III) Plans and Specifications for the Boiler Undergound Fuel Tank Replacement at S. Bryan Jennings Elementary School. Financial Impact Part IV Capital Outlay will be used to fund this project. $50,000 has been budgeted for the project. This has been budgeted in the Five-Year Capital Projects Plan.
