Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents. The Final Completion date is August 19, 2005.

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect, is finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a final completion date must be formally established. The final completion date required by contract, as modified by change orders, is August 19, 2005.

There is no impact to the budget.
