July 15, 2010 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #3 Item Title C-2 Settlement Agreement with Jessica Stolting Issue/Rationale The approval of this item will settle the above referenced lawsuit against the School Board of Clay County, Florida filed in the Circuit Court seeking money damages for injuries received on December 14, 2007.  The plaintiff was injured when she was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which a school bus rear ended her vehicle.  Plaintiff's unpaid medical bills exceed $20,000.00.
