C-56 Additive Change Order #2 for Clay High School Building 1 Duct Board Replacement (Phase IV)
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for the replacement of non-working portable air conditioning unit in the concession room with a new split system.
Recommended Action
Approve the Change Order.
Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $12,900.00. The Substantial Completion date is July 30, 2010. Final Completion date is August 15, 2010. Architect fees will increase by $774.00 as a result of this change order.
