Establish Substantial and  Final Completion dates formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. These dates are determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  Substantial Completion was achieved on June 22, 2010 and Final Completion was achieved on July 7, 2010.

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (McCullar & Boatright Architects, P.A.), is substantially and finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a substantial and final completion date must be formally established.  Contractor:  Prestige Construction Systems, Inc.

Approve Substantial and Final Completion.
