C-10 Carlton Palms contract for school year 2009-2010

Issue/Rationale
This 2009-2010 contract with AdvoServ will continue a Clay County student in residential placement by agreeing to pay for the educational costs.  Florida state agencies are paying for the residential, non-educational costs.

Recommended Action

Approve Carlton Palms Contract  for 2009-2010 as submitted.



Financial Impact
Paying only the educational costs of a Residential Placement for a Clay County student at Carlton Palms Educational Center, Inc.:  $17,545.51.
