Item Title
C-8 ESE Consultative Contract for 2009-2010.
Issue/Rationale
This is a contract for services from Creative Flair, LLC: Educational Consulting in researching, making recommendations to the ESE Director in writing, monitoring, implementing new initiative, particularly IDEA and ARRA Grants, expansion and budgeting of Medicaid and new ESE activities such as program and policy reviews, due process hearings, resolution meetings, mediation meetings, audits, and researching new cases at the school and parent level.
Recommended Action
Approval of the ESE Consultative Contract for 2009-2010 as submitted.
Financial Impact
Because of the change to a .5 ESE Director, this will assist in the implementation and budgeting for daily ESE management.
