Item Title
C-9 Request permission to travel out of State to Washington D.C. to attend annual MCEC (Military Child Education Coalition) training
Issue/Rationale
The training is highly beneficial in that the workshops and presenters provide excellent information and strategies to assist our military connected students and their families; as well as, providing our team opportunity to network and learn from other DoDEA grantees who are implementing the goals and objectives set forth in the DoDEA grant fund.
Recommended Action
Approve request to travel out of State.
Financial Impact
None to the School District. The costs for this travel will be completely covered through our four DoDEA project grants that we have been awarded since 2011.
