July 17, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #22 Item Title C-22 Bricks for Kidz Contract 2014 - 2015 Issue/Rationale Contract for Bricks for Kidz Enrichment Program for the 2014-2015 school year to be offered at all Clay County elementary schools. Recommended Action Approve as submitted. Financial Impact The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining payments from the family and remitting the twenty percent (20%) usage fee for all students actively on the current session roster.  The usage fee payment, with appropriate accounting, will be made payable to the school at which the sessions were held.  The school will forward to the district ten percent (10%) of the twenty percent (20%) to defray facility expenses.   Submitted By Diane Kornegay Attachment:  Bricks 4 Kidz Contract 14-15.pdf
