Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  The additive changes are for changes for hardware to opening 100 and electric strikes.  Extra signage per revised signage schedule.  Rooms 134, 135, and 142:  remove existing devices and provide box extensions with new duplex receptacles as needed for new wall applications.  Remove one existing conduit including devices in small office area.  Provide and install conduit with box for existing data cables as needed.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $2,021.70.  The Substantial Completion date is July 24, 2013 and Final Completion August 23, 2013.  Architect fees will increase by $121.30 as a result of this Change Order.
