July 19, 2007 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #16 Item Title C-15 2007-2008 Contract between the School Board of Clay County and SeaSide Health Services Issue/Rationale To continue and expand the Adventure Based Counseling/Therapeutic Recreation Program (ABC) for students at risk of dropping out of school and/or becoming severe discipline problems.  The ABC Program helps students work as a group, enhance communication skills and improve their self-esteem. Recommended Action Approve the 2007-2008 Contract between the School Board of Clay County and SeaSide Health Services as submitted. Financial Impact Funds provided through the SDFS Grant.
