Recommended Action
The Superintendent recommends approval of the revision to the Support Employee Performance Evaluation form as presented.
Financial Impact
Both support employee time and cost center budgets will be conserved as evidenced by automating the generation of the form, the pre-population from the TERMS database of identifying information, and the scanning of the final document into the employee database using the new bar code technology.
