Issue/Rationale

The No Child left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001, requires that a local educational agency (LEA) have on file at the State Educational agency (SEA) a State-Approved Local Educational Agency Plan. The plan summarizes Ttile I Part A instructional services to students in the School District of Clay County.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the Local Educational Agency Plan (2006-2011) for the School District of Clay County.
