Issue/Rationale
In keeping with the objectives of Clay County's SDFS Grant, CBHC will provide SAP Counselors to secondary schools.
Recommended Action
Approve the 2006-2007 Contract between the School District of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center for Secondary level SAP Counselors pending receipt of 2006-2007 grant funding as submitted.
Financial Impact
The SDFS Grant is used to provide the funding for this program at a cost of $45,000.00, paid in ten monthly payments of $4,500.00 to CBHC.
