July 20, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #22 Item Title C-23 2006-2007 Interagency Integrated Services Agreement between the School District of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center (Revised) Issue/Rationale Free assessment and testing were offered by Clay Behavioral Health Center due to increase in alternative school placement for drug offenses and continued use of drugs while student is attending BLC.  Recommended Action Approve the 2006-2007 Interagency Integrated Services Agreement between the School District of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center as submitted. Financial Impact Funding is provided through the Department of Children & Families for drug/alcohol intervention.
