July 20, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #39 Item Title C-40 Receive draft of Interlocal Agreement for Coordinated Planning, Public Educational Facility Siting and Review and School Concurrency (Revised) Issue/Rationale The staff of the Board of County Commission and the School District, together with the consultant, is aggressively pursuing the adoption of school concurrency.  The first step is the Interlocal Agreement.  We will be scheduling the final document for your approval as soon as all parties complete their review.  It has also been submitted to the Department of Community Affairs.  We would expect final document availability for approval sometime in September.  The attached document is the first draft and is provided to you to keep you aware and ready for ultimate approval.
