C-45 Preliminary (Phase II) Plans and Specifications for Charles E. Bennett Elementary Classroom Replacement (Revised)

Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval as required by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The plans have received staff review and are complete to the Preliminary (Phase II) stage. The Preliminary Plans are on file within the Facility Planning and Construction Department. Architect: Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A.; Construction Manager: M. M. Parrish Construction Company.

Recommended Action

Approve the plans.

Financial Impact

The District’s construction budget is $7,000,000.00. This project will be funded with PECO funds.
