July 20, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #8 Item Title C-7 Ratify the 2006-2007 Contract Amendment between the Clay Educational Staff Professional Association, Local 7409, and the Clay County School Board (Revised) Issue/Rationale Florida Statute requires the School Board to bargain collectively in the determination of the wages, hours, and terms, conditions of employment for support personnel.  This agreement must be signed and ratified by the public employer and the public employees of the bargaining unit.  Recommended Action Ratify the Tentative Agreement. Financial Impact Approximately $3,044,965, plus approximately $413,000 for additional health insurance premium contributions. Submitted By Ira W.
