Issue/Rationale The Department of Children and Families Contract will provide funding for consultative services for Dr. Vail to participate and give technical assistance to the Child and Family Staffings (CFS).  The Multiagency Network for Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) will coordinate the consultative services.
