C-3 Approve Settlement of Impact Fee Overpayment Claim by Advantage Homebuilders, Inc.

Issue/Rationale
Advantage Homebuilders, Inc. was charged single family impact fees for five townhouses when they should have been charged the multi family rate. This resulted in an overpayment of $18,876.06. Builder has made a valid claim for a refund of the overpayment.

Recommended Action
Approve settlement as presented.
