July 21, 2011 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #6 Item Title C-6 Approve Settlement of Personal Injury Lawsuit of Kirby Vinson Issue/Rationale Kirby Vinson alleges that he was injured due to negligent supervision of another student which resulted in loss of part of a finger tip which was amputated by a hedge trimmer.  This matter can be settled by payment of $4500.00 which amount includes medical bills of $1,700.00.
