Universal Free School Breakfast Issue/Rationale Amendments to Florida Statute 1006.06(5) require that the Board create policy which provides for free breakfast to all students in each elementary, junior high and high school at which 80% or more of the students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals.  Creation of Board policy requires advertisement of the new policy for public hearing. Recommended Action Approve advertisement of policy as submitted.
