Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order will match damper sizes to existing ductwork and provide spot cooling and dehumidification in the Media Center and a Chemical Storage Room.  Contractor:  Weather Engineers, Inc.; Engineer:  KPI Engineering, Inc.  

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $21,778.34.  The substantial completion date is July 29, 2011.  Engineer fees will increase by $1,306.70 as a result of this Change Order.
